Michael R. Herz, Esq.
Michael R. Herz, raised in South Orange, New Jersey, was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2008 and New York in 2009. Mr. Herz received his B.A. degree with high honors from Brandeis University in 2003, and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Herz was a recipient of the school's prestigious Prince Merit Scholarship and was an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
Mr. Herz concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcy law, as well as civil litigation.
